Nazca tours: the Nazca Lines flight and the viewpoint
Nazca holds one of the most enigmatic sights in Peru: the figures of its Lines on the desert. You can see them from the air, on the flight, or from the viewpoint, on the tour by land.
How can you see the Nazca Lines?
The Nazca Lines are figures and lines drawn on the desert by the Paracas and Nazca cultures, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994. They make the most sense from above: the Nazca Lines flight passes over 14 figures in about 30 minutes, such as the Hummingbird, the Monkey, the Condor and the Spider.
If you’d rather not get on a small plane, the Nazca Lines tour by land sees part of the Lines from the viewpoint and adds the María Reiche Museum, the aqueducts, Paredones and the ceramics and textile workshops, in about 10 hours.
